Standard Delivery — Free
Available on all orders. Estimated delivery: 3-5 working days from dispatch. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days of being placed.
Express Delivery — Free
Available on Wellness Bundle and Ritual Collection packages. Estimated delivery: 1-2 working days from dispatch.
Where We Deliver
We currently deliver to all addresses within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We also deliver to the Channel Islands and Isle of Man, though delivery times may be slightly longer for these locations.
We do not currently offer international shipping. We hope to expand delivery to other countries in the future.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your parcel. If you haven't received a dispatch email within 3 working days of placing your order, please contact us.
Delivery Issues
Missed delivery: If you were not home when delivery was attempted, your courier will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection.
Damaged in transit: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Missing orders: If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact our customer care team and we will investigate.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete when placing your order. We are unable to amend delivery addresses once an order has been dispatched. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional charges may apply).
Bank Holidays
Please note that orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day. Delivery times do not include weekends or bank holidays.
