Our 30-Day Satisfaction Promise
We want you to love your LuluTox experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
How to Return
- Contact us — Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours on working days.
- Receive return instructions — We will provide you with a return address and reference number.
- Post your return — Package your items securely and send them to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked delivery service.
- Receive your refund — Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 working days to your original payment method.
Conditions for Returns
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Unopened, sealed products are eligible for a full refund
- Opened products may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion
- Products must not be damaged through misuse or improper storage
- You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the product is faulty or we sent the wrong item
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return postage costs.
Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. This is in addition to our 30-day satisfaction promise.
Refund Timescales
- Inspection: 1-2 working days after receiving your return
- Refund processing: 3-5 working days after inspection
- Bank processing: Additional 3-5 working days depending on your payment provider
In total, please allow up to 14 working days from posting your return to receiving your refund.
